Ingredients
- 7 cL white tequila
- 4 cL triple sec (or Cointrau)
- 9 cL lime juice
- fine salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Maragarita glasses by rubbing a lime wedge around the edges of the glass and dipping in fine salt to make it stick.
- In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, pour the white tequila, triple sec and lime juice.
- Whisk for a few seconds, then pour into a Margarita glass frosted with salt, holding back the ice cubes with a sieve.
Bonus: add one or two scoops of lime sorbet or a lime wedge.
