A white pizza is one where you use crème fraiche instead of tomato sauce. You can garnish it as you wish. They're often topped with chicken.
I chose to use broccoli, white ham and sun-dried tomatoes, mainly because it was what was left in my fridge and went well together on a pizza. It turned out really well! I'm not a fan of broccoli, so this was a pleasant surprise.
You can either buy your own pizza dough if you're short on time, or make a homemade dough by following (at random) these instructions. recipe.

Cut your ham slices into ~1 to 2 cm-long pieces. Set aside.
Pizza preparation-
Take out your pizza dough and roll it out on your work surface.

Slightly fold over the edges to form the outer crust of your pizza. Depending on your taste, you can make the edges thin or wide.
-
Cover the inside of your pizza with crème fraîche. Keep it as thick or thin as you like. I usually cover so that I can't see the color of the dough.
-
Take your toppings (ham, broccoli and sun-dried tomatoes) and sprinkle them over your pizza.
-
Cover with grated cheese.
-
Sprinkle with oregano.
-
Bake at 240°C (465°F) for approximately 25 minutes.

Enjoy!

Notes
When it comes to rolling out your pizza dough, purists will tell you that it should only be done by hand. Unfortunately, depending on the situation, it can be difficult to roll out the dough properly. You can also use a rolling pin. This won't affect the result.
For vegetarians, you can replace the ham with olives, real tomatoes or peppers.
