A refreshing drink, perfect for summer.

- 4 Green tea bags
- 4 fresh mint sprigs
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 Tablespoons sugar
- 1.5 Liter of water
- 2 Lemons
Instructions
- Squeeze the two lemons.
- In a saucepan, bring the water, sugar, honey and lemon juice to the boil.
- Boil over medium heat, uncovered, for 2 minutes, until the water begins to color.
- Pour the contents of the saucepan into a container with the green tea bags.
- Add the mint leaves.
- Leave to infuse for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and mint leaves from the iced tea (if necessary, use a strainer to filter well).
- Chill for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Serve whenever you like, on the rocks. You can also decorate the glass with mint leaves.
