Vinaigrette
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) olive oil
- 30 ml (1 c. à soupe) de jus de citron
- 5 ml (1 c. à thé) de sirop d'érable (ou sucre)
- 5 ml (1 c. à thé) de moutarde de Dijon
- 5 ml (1 c. à thé) d’origan séché

Salad
- 4 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cubed cucumber
- 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and cubed
- 90 g (3/4 tasse) from fromage feta coupé en dés
- 80 g (1/2 cup) d’oignon rouge, émincé finement
- 1 tin of pitted black olives in oil, drained
Instructions
- In a salad bowl or large bowl, whisk together all the dressing ingredients.
- Add salad ingredients and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate salad until ready to serve.
