Description

In summer, I like to make a good fruit salad. It's very easy to make, it's super fresh and it forces me to eat more fruit. Here's an example of a fruit salad.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 mango
  • 200 gr of strawberries
  • 200 gr of blackberries
  • 200 gr of grapes
  • 1 Apple
  • 200 gr of blueberries
  • 2 kiwis
  • 2 peaches and/or nectarines
  • 1 large orange
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop all the fruit and place in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle with lemon juice and maple syrup.
  3. Mix everything together and chill for 15 to 30 minutes.
  4. Taste for yourself.
