Description
In summer, I like to make a good fruit salad. It's very easy to make, it's super fresh and it forces me to eat more fruit. Here's an example of a fruit salad.

- 1 mango
- 200 gr of strawberries
- 200 gr of blackberries
- 200 gr of grapes
- 1 Apple
- 200 gr of blueberries
- 2 kiwis
- 2 peaches and/or nectarines
- 1 large orange
- juice of half a lemon
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Peel and chop all the fruit and place in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and maple syrup.
- Mix everything together and chill for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Taste for yourself.
