- 250 gr T55 flour
- 125 gr vegetable margarine
- 7 cL water
- 8 gr cane sugar
- 4 gr fine salt
Instructions
- Place the flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
- Add margarine, at room temperature.
- Mix to a "sandy" texture. Use the "sheet" if you're using an electric mixer,
- gradually add the water, stirring constantly.
- When the dough comes away from the bowl and is smooth, stop.
- Form into a ball.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before use.
