Description

A vegan pastry staple: vegan shortcrust pastry!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 250 gr T55 flour
  • 125 gr vegetable margarine
  • 7 cL water
  • 8 gr cane sugar
  • 4 gr fine salt

Instructions

  1. Place the flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Add margarine, at room temperature.
  3. Mix to a "sandy" texture. Use the "sheet" if you're using an electric mixer,
  4. gradually add the water, stirring constantly.
  5. When the dough comes away from the bowl and is smooth, stop.
  6. Form into a ball.
  7. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before use.
