I wondered how I could use my sweet potato peels? The recipe is really very easy to make, and it would be a shame to throw your peelings in the garbage can. It's so easy to make that I even made it while camping on a small stove. We ate fajitas with sweet potatoes in them. Instead of throwing away the potato skins, I made chips out of them. It was perfect for an aperitif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The recipe calls for sweet potatoes. But it also works with regular potatoes or carrots. Maybe even other vegetables, but I've only tested these three. Both of these spices have a lot of flavor, but are also very spicy. If you want something without spice, you can try replacing the cajun with paprika, a BBQ spice blend or no spice at all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In short, let your imagination run wild.<\/p>\n\n\n<svg
