Certains diront m\u00eame que j\u2019aime un peu trop cela. Cela n'est pas pratique pour pr\u00e9parer de grandes quantit\u00e9s de pesto. Tout simplement, car nos fermiers chez qui nous r\u00e9cup\u00e9rons un panier de l\u00e9gumes toutes les semaines avaient un exc\u00e8s de basilic cette semaine. Ils proposaient donc de nous vendre un sac de 1&nbsp;kg de basilic pour pas tr\u00e8s cher. J\u2019ai donc saut\u00e9 sur l\u2019occasion pour faire une grosse quantit\u00e9 de pesto de basilic au mixeur. D\u00e9poser une bonne cuill\u00e8re de pesto dans chaque trou. Comme cela vous aurez des cubes de pesto congel\u00e9. Cela est beaucoup plus pratique \u00e0 utiliser. Vous d\u00e9congelez 2-3&nbsp;cubes lorsque vous en avez besoin. C\u2019est rapide et efficace. Si cela vous pose un probl\u00e8me, vous pouvez ajouter un peu plus de jus de citron (qui permet d'\u00e9viter l'oxydation). Vous pouvez \u00e9galement verser une fine couche d'huile d'olive au-dessus du pesto dans votre r\u00e9cipient. Cela permet de cr\u00e9er une couche d'isolation entre le pesto et l'air (qui provoque l'oxydation).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Get cooking!<\/p>\n\n\n<svg aria-hidden=\"true\" style=\"position: absolute;width:
