Description

A good pizza without tomato sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pâte à pizza
  • 100 gr jwhite ambo
  • 100 gr brocolis
  • 10 pieces tdried omate
  • 200 gr cfresh cream
  • 150 gr fromage (mozzarella for me)
  • 5 pinches origan

Instructions

  1. Preparing toppings
    1. Trim the broccoli so that only the heads remain. Set aside.

    2. Remove some of the oil from your sun-dried tomatoes. Cut into small squares (~1/2cm). Set aside.

    3. Cut your ham slices into ~1 to 2 cm-long pieces. Set aside.

    Pizza preparation
    1. Take out your pizza dough and roll it out on your work surface.

    2. Slightly fold over the edges to form the outer crust of your pizza. Depending on your taste, you can make the edges thin or wide.

    3. Cover the inside of your pizza with crème fraîche. Keep it as thick or thin as you like. I usually cover so that I can't see the color of the dough.

    4. Take your toppings (ham, broccoli and sun-dried tomatoes) and sprinkle them over your pizza.

    5. Cover with grated cheese.
    6. Sprinkle with oregano.

    7. Bake at 240°C (465°F) for approximately 25 minutes.

    8. Enjoy!

Notes

When it comes to rolling out your pizza dough, purists will tell you that it should only be done by hand. Unfortunately, depending on the situation, it can be difficult to roll out the dough properly. You can also use a rolling pin. This won't affect the result.

For vegetarians, you can replace the ham with olives, real tomatoes or peppers.
